Depending on the type of product we will determine - in consultation with you - how we can resolve a warranty claim as quickly as possible. If, for example, you have received a print ribbon that does not work correctly the easiest solution is simply to send a new ribbon.
If your printer has a defect that is warranty related, then repair is usually the remedy. For this you can send your printer to us or our service engineers will come to you and repair it on-site.
Parts, manhours and shipping are always free of charge for repairs that fall under factory warranty. For on-site service, a surcharge may be applicable. Is complete replacement the only remedy? Then we will do so as well as your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us.
